This Annual Event kicks off at 12:50 when Santa arrives to start the Candy Cane Scramble at 1pm sharp. 20,000 candy canes are up for grabs. Then, come inside the Scotland Park Gym to see Santa, ride the Parks and Rec train, play carnival games, do crafts and win prizes.
